My name is Justin Roper, and I built RoperWORX the hard way.

I wasn’t handed anything. I’ve worked in the oilfield on rigs in the West Texas heat. I’ve been a driller. I’ve run tongs. I’ve worked long hours, real labor, and I understand what it means to earn every dollar. RoperWORX was built on that same mindset. This isn’t just another construction company. It’s my name on the line. Every job. Every time.

Where It All Started

Before RoperWORX was built in West Texas, my experience started in the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex working as a finish carpenter and cabinet contractor. I worked inside newly constructed homes installing custom cabinetry, kitchens, bathrooms, built-ins, trim work, the detailed finish work that homeowners see and live with every day. Finish carpentry teaches you precision. There’s no hiding mistakes in that trade. Lines must be straight. Cabinets must be level. Gaps must be tight. Everything has to look clean. Working in new construction environments also taught me how homes are truly built from the inside out, framing, layout, tolerances, sequencing trades, and how everything ties together. That experience still influences how I approach remodels and repairs today. I don’t just “cover things up.” I understand structure, finish detail, and how to make work look right and last. That foundation in high-end finish work is what sets RoperWORX apart. I started this company because I saw how homeowners and realtors were being treated, unclear pricing, poor communication, half-done work. That’s not how I operate.
